Why do you like working at DAIN Studios Berlin?

"What I really enjoy about working at DAIN is the fast-paced environment, with new and diverse projects constantly emerging. No two projects are ever the same. I love the balance between high-level, conceptual thinking and the moments where you dive deep into the smallest details. On top of that, collaborating with so many smart, curious, and genuinely lovely colleagues across different topics is incredibly motivating."

If you could solve one problem using data and ML, what would it be?

"We often talk about AI in terms of efficiency gains and increased returns, which are clearly important. What truly matters, though, is using AI to create positive impact for society. I would love to see AI help make the world more equal e.g. by improving access to education, supporting safe living environments, and tackling the fundamental challenge of famine."

"Many people are understandably concerned about the impact of AI, especially around job security and societal change, and these are discussions we will definitely need to have. From my own daily work, though, I see how AI has already changed my own behavior in a positive way. It helps me think broader, question my assumptions, and find new ways to approach problems. Rather than replacing people, I experience AI as something that enables humans to expand their role and take on challenges or cases they wouldn’t have been able to tackle before."
