DAIN Studios’ Co-CEOs, Ulla Kruhse-Lehtonen and Dirk Hofmann, are part of the faculty team for the Agentic AI Intensive — a 2.5-week executive program by the Harvard Data Science Review (HDSR) and the Harvard Data Science Initiative (HDSI).
Following the earlier Generative AI: Wisdom and Warnings course, this new intensive focuses on how organizations can design and implement agent-driven workflows using the DAIN Studios’ A.G.E.N.T. Framework.

The Agentic AI Intensive by the Harvard Data Science Review and Harvard Data Science Initiative helps leaders design and implement agent-first workflows in just 2.5 weeks through live instruction, industry labs, and personalized AI tutoring.
Running from November 4 to 20, 2025, the program combines live faculty sessions, industry labs, and personalized AI tutoring. Participants finish the course with an implementation-ready workflow and a Certificate of Attendance from HDSI.
DAIN Studios contributes real-world case studies and strategic frameworks drawn from its client projects across industries such as manufacturing, telecom, and financial services. The course brings together leading academics and industry experts from Harvard, MIT, Kearney, Simon Fraser University, and Scholé AI.
“Agentic AI is moving fast from experimentation to daily operations,” says Ulla Kruhse-Lehtonen, Co-CEO of DAIN Studios and member of the HDSR Advisory Board.
“Our role in this program is to help leaders redesign one workflow for agent-first operation — bridging ambition with practical execution.”
