DAIN Studios, a European AI consultancy specializing in agentic AI strategy and enterprise transformation, announces that NGL (Next Gen Learning) has acquired the shares previously held by Körber. The three DAIN founders — Dirk Hofmann, Ulla Kruhse-Lehtonen, and Saara Hyvönen — retain their ownership stakes and continue to lead the company.
The partnership with NGL marks a strategic evolution for DAIN Studios toward AI education, thought leadership, and enterprise advisory — building on the rapid success of the Harvard Agentic AI Intensive program, which has reached over 3,000 senior leaders from organizations such as Mayo Clinic, NASA, Amazon, and American Express in less than nine months.
NGL, founded by serial entrepreneur Sam Paddock (previously founder of GetSmarter), partners with leading universities worldwide to deliver the next generation of executive education at scale. Global technology company Körber has been a majority shareholder in DAIN Studios since December 2021, providing a platform for growth during a transformative period in the AI market.
