Heiner Albersmann is an expert when it comes to digital transformation, product development, customer-centric approaches and business model innovation. He brought in his skills at Lidl and Thalia, where he developed digital strategies as well as customer-centric services and lead an innovation hub in Berlin.

At DAIN Studios Heiner has been working with translation of business goals into end-to-end analytical use cases. He works with different topics in business case calculations, data and AI strategy, data-driven leadership, organizational change.

Heiner holds an M.A in Digital Pioneering from the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen and is passionate about innovation and enabling people to do so.
