How to leverage data for better customer understanding?

This was a question that Caruna, a Finnish electricity distributor serving 700.000 customers, had when they decided to collaborate with Rapid Tampere accelerator program. The program had as a goal to find the best partners for Caruna to solve the challenge they had set. “We wanted to understand how to serve customers better in all touchpoints, what new services are needed and how to automate customer communications”, says Aino Salste, Marketing Manager at Caruna.

Through the program, Caruna selected to collaborate with DAIN Studios. who also helped Caruna in reviewing the status of their enablers for data driven communications and who those should be developed.
