Heiner is an expert when it comes to digital transformation, product development, customer-centric approaches and business model innovation. He brought in his skills at Lidl and Thalia, where he developed digital strategies as well as customer-centric services and lead an innovation hub in Berlin.
Heiner holds an M.A in Digital Pioneering from the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen and is passionate about innovation and enabling people to do so.
